CDIF Meeting Policy
Generally, CDIF meetings are held to advance tool interoperability technology and capture the technology in standards documents, that then are published as EIA (and later ISO) standards. CDIF usually meets six times a year, for one week each. Three plenary meetings (some during the meetings, some of them might be telecons) are held per year where formal voting takes place, such as on proposed standards and CDIF leadership.
All CDIF members are invited to all meetings. Guests are usually welcome. If you are not a CDIF member and you would like to attend, please contact a CDIF officer in advance.
